Description

You will be our Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Operations.  Your early impact will help shape the direction of this organization.  This is the type of role for those who are entrepreneurial and passionate about working for a company that believes in developing innovative, real solutions by leveraging technology and always keeping the customer FIRST.
This individual will play a vital role in helping us design and shape our daily operations into a well-oiled machine. The key here will be identifying and developing systems and processes to make the day-to-day operations smooth.
This is an opportunity to join a growing team and truly get to build something new, in a hyper growth environment, trying to help solve the housing crisis.
We are looking for a self-starter who can help us continually improve our processes and help identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of the design/build process. This role will help with communication between vendors and ensuring that we stay on track with our construction projects.
